Dement, M.D., Ph.D., of Stanford University, who has studied sleep for half a century. “The costs of a sleepy society include lost lives, lost income, disability, lost educational opportunities, accidents and family dysfunction.”

Increased awareness is the first step. Dreamers Wanted is here to tell you that there is good news for many of the disorders that cause sleep deprivation is that after risk assessment, education, and treatment, memory and cognitive deficits can, and do, improve.

Dreamers Wanted hopes that this site will provide you with the basic information about sleep. It will cover topics that include sleep patterns and the needs that effect different ages groups. There is section on dreams and the dreams of others who create the world we live in. We provide real life examples of some of the causes for nightmares. Most importantly, we strive to convey the fact that dreaming and imagination can create a better world if we learn where to apply our energy and focus.
